   8 WEEK CHALLENGE!

Each challenge below stacks upon the preceding one, so they build upon each other as you progress to the next week, beginning with completing only one challenge and ending with doing them all. Please send me a message when you've accomplished the mission & tell me how it went! Ready, set, GO!

Week One:  Stretch & foam roll for at least 12 minutes at least 4 days each week

Week Two Add:  At least 15 unmodified push ups over the course of each week

Week Three Add: An average of 7,000 - 10K steps each day

Week Four Add: STAY TUNED!!
